A computer has been installed at our pilot site, Radio Guintan.
Its primary application is Audacity, to be used for digital program creation and editing. Now training begins for two groups of three people; the goal is to have the trainees then train the rest of the station staff.

Another radio station joins the pioneer partners trained in audio mixing: Radio Wassoulou will broadcast their first digital program today.The program is named “Commune Kunkan” (”Voice of the commune”) and is broadcast on Mondays, 8:40 p.m.
Today’s program reports on a conference that took place at Yanfolila’s town hall, about the transfer of responsibility for hydraulic systems and facilities (related to the dam located in the area of Yanfolila). This conference was given in the framework of the “decentralisation” policies implementation.This 20-minute program features interviews with the mayor, the project trainer, and people that took part in the conference.The host is Ms. Dicko, journalist at Radio Wassoulou. She and one of the radio’s technicians mixed the program during the training given by our volunteer.
